What payment methods does Noémie accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.

What is the easy monthly payment option?

We offer easy interest-free monthly payments on your order.  This allows you to pay over four months with 0% interest. The total you see at checkout is always what you actually pay; there are absolutely no hidden costs, set-up fees or extra charges. Each order arrives with the same Noémie perks, including complimentary overnight shipping (next business day from when your order was placed). This means you won't have to wait until all four payments are made to receive your order.

Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?

We ship from California and New York and are required, by law, to charge applicable sales tax for deliveries within those states.

What does it mean when you say an IGI certificate is included with a purchase?

An IGI jewelry certificate adds an increased comfort level to your purchase. Because the quality of your purchase has been independently verified, you can feel assured that you have made a wise buying decision and that you have received exactly what you have paid for. IGI is one of the leading gemological institutions worldwide. They are headquartered in New York City.

Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?

Yes, reach out to us at help@hellonoemie.com, and we will craft a beautiful hand-written note for you.

SHIPPING

When will my order ship out?

No later than the next business day. We’ll be in touch otherwise. Orders placed after 5:00pm on Friday will ship Monday morning.

From where does your jewelry ship?

The majority of orders will ship from our workshop in Los Angeles. Sometimes we will ship from The Loft in New York.

How long does it take my order to arrive? Can it be expedited?

All domestic orders ship overnight via Fed Ex or UPS—absolutely free of charge to you. 

Will my purchase be insured?

All of our items are shipped 100% insured through UPS or Fed Ex to ensure your piece arrives in perfect shape. This also means someone must be available to sign for the package when it arrives.

Does Noémie ship internationally?

Currently, we are only shipping in the US. We’re working on providing additional shipping destinations in the future. Stay tuned, and sign up for updates at help@hellonoemie.com.

What size ring should I get?

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

How can I make returns or exchanges?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, e-mail us at help@hellonoemie.com. We offer complimentary shipping for any item that you’d like to return. If item is returned in saleable condition within 30 days, then we will issue a full refund

What if I ordered the wrong size?

If the ring, necklace or bracelet you ordered does not fit, we will be happy to exchange your piece for a different size. Email us at help@hellonoemie.com or give us a call at (646) 846-8882.

Does my order include a warranty?

Yes, all jewelry purchased comes with a warranty. Please note that Noémie is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service. Email us at  help@hellonoemie.com to initiate an exchange for an item under warranty.

Why is Noémie jewelry so much less than jewelry in retail stores?

Traditional retail fine jewelry, on average, is marked up 500%-1000% by the time it reaches the consumer. By working exclusively direct, we can cut out the middleman and pass the savings on to our customers. 

Unlike most jewelry companies, we also have a vertically-integrated approach. This means we partner with a team of experts in the fine jewelry supply chain with decades of experience in sourcing and manufacturing fine jewelry. They have the established sourcing relationships that we can leverage: a full team and workshop in Los Angeles and a factory in Bangkok that includes a group of talented craftsmen and production workers from France, Italy, Thailand and Israel with decades of experience. 

By designing, sourcing and manufacturing our own products and having a partner who already has the relationships to source only the finest materials, we are able to control the production process. We can also avoid having to budget for overstocked inventories. All of these savings allow us to offer the finest materials and customer service and to ensure each piece we make is priced as fairly as possible.  What was once an investment piece can become your essential.

How does the easy monthly payment plan work?

1. Add any item to your shopping cart. 2. Choose the easy monthly payment option, and you will be redirected to the payment plan page. 3. Receive your items with our complementary overnight shipping. 4. Pay over the course of four months.

How do I stay up to date on new collections?

By subscribing to our occasional newsletter; you’ll be the first to know.

What do I do if something I want is out of stock?

If the size or style is coming back in the next few weeks, we’ll make it available for pre-order. These will be processed like normal orders but with a delayed ship date. We’ll keep you posted on the expected delivery date. If it's an item that we are not currently making, you’ll be able to sign up to receive a notification if the item becomes available again.

Where is your jewelry made?

Are the diamonds you use conflict-free?

Our diamonds are purchased from conflict-free sources who enforce the standards established by the Kimberly Process and in compliance with all applicable UN resolutions.

How does your referral program work?
