Noémie has partnered with Bread to offer our customers a quick and easy way to apply for financing terms. With Bread, you can purchase the Jewelry you want today and pay for it over time. Each order arrives with the same Noémie perks, including complimentary overnight shipping. This means you won't have to wait until all payments are made to receive your order.

To access Bread's financing options you can click the  "pay per month" checkout button on any style. 

If you prequalify, you’ll be presented with clear, transparent terms, such as the monthly cost for financing your purchase. 

Following checkout, Bread will send both a text and email confirmation, as well as provide a link to access the account where you can set up autopay. Your first payment will be due at least 30 days after your item is shipped out.

An IGI jewelry certificate adds an increased comfort level to your purchase. Because the quality of your purchase has been independently verified, you can feel assured that you have made a wise buying decision and that you have received exactly what you have paid for. IGI is one of the leading gemological institutions worldwide. They are headquartered in New York City and issue their grading reports through the services of their staff of graduate gemologists utilizing a state of the art laboratory. We are proud to use diamonds categorized as F-G color and VS1 clarity as a minimum standard throughout all of our diamond jewelry. Our large single stone items come with a GIA Certificate.  The reason we only use GIA for single stone items is that GIA does not appraise gemstones which are mounted (or set) in jewelry.

To cancel, please send an email outlining your cancellation and your order information to help@hellonoemie.com. We will try our best to fulfill your cancellation request in time, but cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled before shipping. In the event that your order ships, you can simply reach out to us and request a complimentary Return Shipping Label. 

*We do not offer the ability to cancel custom orders. If you receive a custom design you do not love we can re design it for you 2 more times. There are no refunds for custom orders over $10,000.

All orders (not including pre-orders and custom pieces) usually take 1-2 business days. Orders shipping to the continental United States can be processed with the option of complimentary Overnight Delivery or 1 - 2 day delivery via Fed Ex. 

*Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are delivered within 3 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email.

**All Pre-Order and custom pieces are made to order and our team of craftsmen need time to handcraft it for you.  The timeline can range from 1 week to 5 weeks for completion depending on the design ordered. If you need it by a specific date please reach out to us with your desired delivery date and we will confirm if its doable.

All orders totaling under $1,000 will not require a signature upon delivery.

Personalized pieces and orders of $1,000 or more will require signature upon delivery. If you need to reroute the package, please send the new address and your order # to help@hellonoemie.com.

All of our items are 100% insured through Fed Ex.

Please email us to see if we can ship to your country help@hellonoemie.com.  The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes applied to the shipment by your local customs. Please note that complimentary return shipping only applies to US deliveries.   

For security reasons, we are unable to ship to PO or APO/FPO boxes. Please be sure to enter a physical mailing address at checkout.

Our small Noémie box option is made from recycled greyboard, then covered by art paper. We used a varnish to protect the ink rather than lamination, so if you remove the ribbon you can recycle the box in most recycling services. Also, without the lamination, the box should degrade over time.

Our pouch is made from a faux suede material. While it does not have recycled content and its not biodegradable, it's designed to store and protect jewelry.

We also use recycled and biodegradable materials in our packaging and in our studio where practicable, and we continuously look for ways to be more conscious of our environmental impact.

Yes, book an in-person appointment at our New York City location or a virtual appointment listed under the "Visit Us" section on our website. Keep in mind all orders come with free returns for a full refund and free exchanges so you can also try on jewelry at home. 

Your happiness is important to us. If unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer complimentary return shipping, within 30 days of your delivery date (extended to 60 days for orders placed Nov 1 - Dec 1)  You can return for store credit, exchange for a different product, or get a full refund (non custom) to the original payment method. All returned items must be in unaltered condition to be accepted. Please email us at help@hellonoemie.com for your Fed Ex Return Shipping Label.

*Shipping charges may apply if you return or exchange the same item more than once.  Or if you use multiple shipping labels on the same order. Once a customer exceeds the designated return limit(10 returns), they will be responsible for covering the shipping and refurbishing charges associated with the return. Please do not return an item in a box that is larger than the box you received the order in, if you do you may be charged the extra Fed Ex shipping cost. You cannot re-order the exact item you returned for a refund and ask to return it again for a refund. (some people were taking advantage of our flexible return policy and wearing our jewelry until just before the 30-day return policy, sending it back, then re-ordering, and doing this over and over again) Noémie monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our flexible return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 

If the ring, necklace, or bracelet you ordered does not fit, please email us at help@hellonoemie.com, and we will be happy to exchange your piece for a different size or a different design. Shipping charges and production costs may apply if you exchange an item more than once or if you exchange a custom made design.

Yes, all Noémie jewelry purchased on hellonoemie.com comes with a lifetime warranty. Our jewelry is made with a paramount attention to detail and the highest quality materials. 

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Our free warranty is against any manufacturing defects on all Noémie Fine Jewelry. If you experience damage to your design due to manufacturing, please contact us at help@hellonoemie.com to initiate an exchange. 

If a manufacturing issue is found, we will repair the damage or replace the item without any fees. Our manufacturing warranty does not include product loss, theft, damage, or loss caused by a failure to obtain the repairs required to preserve the integrity of the jewelry. 

Please know, if taking your piece to an outside jeweler for repairs or adjustments, the Noémie lifetime warranty will be voided. Noémie is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service. We also recommend that you maintain independent insurance coverage for your jewelry to help cover loss, or theft.

Returned orders will be processed within 10 business days of its arrival to our warehouse. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.  You can return for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

All returns of damaged, altered by an outside jeweler or outside of our 30-day return window will be issued store credit.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we can make modifications to accomplish the design that you want.  We also offer free returns on custom orders, under $1,000, within 30 days of your delivery date.

We begin with a conversation to discuss your design ideas and answer any questions that you may have.  We will then send over some suggestions. Once you decide your final design, we provide a sketch along with pricing. Once design and pricing are confirmed we send over a link to place the order in full. Shortly after the order is placed, we can also send a a CAD (3D computer-aided design) image for your approval if needed. Custom designs come with free returns for a full refund (on custom orders under $1,000) within 30 days if you are not 100% satisfied with the design.

No, we do not offer this service at this time.

If the ring, bracelet or necklace is the incorrect size we are happy to do a complimentary resize on your piece.

All custom engagement rings do come with an GIA certificate that clearly details the diamonds cut, clarity, color, carat weight, and measurements.

Storage: Jewelry storage is important as well. Between wearings, we recommend that you place it back in its original case or the suede Noemie pouch provided.

Traditional retail fine jewelry, on average, is marked up 500%-1000% by the time it reaches the consumer. By working exclusively direct, we can cut out the middleman and pass the savings on to our customers.

Unlike most jewelry companies, we also have a vertically-integrated approach. This means we partnered with a team of experts in the fine jewelry supply chain with decades of experience in sourcing and manufacturing fine jewelry. They have the established sourcing relationships that we can leverage: a full team and production houses in Los Angeles as well as Bangkok that includes a group of talented craftsmen and production workers from France, Italy, Thailand and Israel.

By designing, sourcing and manufacturing our own products and having a partner who already has the relationships to source only the finest materials, we are able to better control the production process. We can also avoid having to budget for overstocked inventories. All of these savings allow us to offer the finest materials and customer experience and to ensure each piece we make is priced as fairly as possible. What was once an investment piece can become your essential. We are confident that you won't find better quality fine jewelry at the prices we offer. GOLD AND PLATINUM JEWELRY

Most gold and platinum jewelry can be maintained with a non-abrasive cleaner. Please be sure to avoid exposing gold jewelry to household bleach or harsh chemicals, which will quickly cause gold to discolor and possibly disintegrate.

GEMSTONE JEWELRY

Protect your jewelry from impact against hard surfaces and avoid contact with abrasive surfaces. Although not common, diamonds can chip if hit with enough force or at just the right angle.

To clean diamonds, use a mild solution of six parts water to one part ammonia and apply with a soft bristle brush.

*It is important to remember extreme temperatures, perfumes, cosmetics, ultrasonic cleaning and household chemicals can damage jewelry.

Jewelry storage is important as well. Between wearings, we recommend that you place it back in its original case or another suitably lined box or pouch. Remove your jewelry before showering and swimming.

Remove your jewelry before any activity that could knock, scratch, or dent your jewelry: exercising, yardwork or gardening, cleaning, or lifting heavy objects. If you aren’t sure whether removing your jewelry is required, best to be safe and store it.

Store your jewelry in a safe location, away from other pieces of jewelry which could rub, scratch, or tangle. We suggest, in a fabric-lined box or case.

Yes, we are committed to sourcing the world's most beautiful and ethically-sourced natural stones; only using those from established suppliers who enforce the standards established by the Kimberly Process and are in compliance with all applicable UN resolutions.  We also offer clients the opportunity to order designs of ours using lab grown diamonds.

A Noémie e-gift card is a thoughtful present you can give a loved one any time of year.

Upon ordering, we will send your e-gift card directly to your email with a unique code that can either be printed or forwarded to your loved one.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

We can only accept one discount code to be applied per order. Whether it’s a gift card, reward points, or a promotional code. This means that you cannot combine multiple discount codes or offers.
