The diamond medallion cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund and will not be replaced if misplaced, lost, or stolen. If an item(s) from a purchase over $2,000 is returned and the remaining purchase value is less than $2,000, then the diamond medallion must also be returned.
If the offered diamond medallion have already been shipped to a purchaser at the time of such return, then the purchaser must ship the offered medallion back to Noemie, or the $700 value will be deducted from any refund.
Noemie reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to not provide the diamond medallion in the event of fraud or deception and to substitute the diamond medallion based on availability. The offer terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
