Lab-grown or natural?
The same diamond, with a different origin.
Both are real diamonds, identical in brilliance and composition, and every Noémie diamond is VS clarity. Natural diamonds formed deep in the earth; lab-grown diamonds are created above it. Our lab-grown pieces are set in 14K gold, our natural pieces in 18K. The choice is about origin, and what it means to the person wearing it.

When should I order for holiday delivery?
As early as you can. Many of our holiday designs are made in small numbers, and some sizes are few, so ordering now is the surest way to have the exact piece, metal, and size you have in mind. There is no need to have it arrive early: choose your delivery date at checkout and we will hold it, then ship it to arrive just before. For Hanukkah, which begins at sundown on December 4, order by November 27. For Christmas, order by December 18. Pieces marked in stock can be ordered as late as December 2 for Hanukkah and December 23 for Christmas.
How does Delivered on Your Date work?
Choose your piece and the date it should arrive. We hold it, then ship it to arrive just before.
When am I charged?
Payment is taken when you place your order at checkout, including orders we hold for a later delivery date.
What if it isn’t quite right?
Return it free of charge for a full refund until January 15, 2027. After that, we are still here: choose store credit, an exchange for another piece, or work with our custom design team until you find something you love.
What if I don’t know her ring size?
Choose your closest guess. We will always exchange it for a different size, quarter sizes included, at any time, even years after your order. How is it packaged?
