Can it be engraved?
The compass face is set with diamonds, so the front cannot be engraved. The back of the pendant can be. Add a note at checkout or write to us and we will confirm the layout before it ships.
Can I exchange metals after I buy?
Yes, within the 30 day window. We send a pre-insured FedEx label, you send it back, and we put the amount toward the other version. You pay or receive the difference, and the shipping is on us.
Is financing available?
Yes. You can pay over time at checkout. The options and terms appear once you enter the cart.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The pendant is handcrafted to be worn for decades and handed down, so problems are rare. If one does appear, manufacturing is covered for the life of the piece: a stone that loosens in its setting, a clasp that fails, a chain link that opens. Repairs of that kind are free. Accidental damage is not covered, but we repair it too and quote you first.
