Does it arrive gift-ready?+
Yes. Every order arrives in the Noémie box with complimentary gift packaging.
What if it isn’t right?+
Returns are complimentary within 30 days. We send a pre-insured FedEx label; you drop it off.
When will it arrive?+
The Compass is in stock and ships within 1–2 business days by complimentary insured overnight or two-day delivery. The Multi Shape Compass is made to order and ships in two weeks.
Natural or lab-grown?+
Both are real diamonds graded VS clarity, with the same brilliance. Natural diamonds formed in the earth and are set in 18K gold. Lab-grown diamonds were created above ground, are chemically identical, and are set in 14K gold at a lower price.
Can I get a longer chain?+
The chain adjusts to any length up to 18 inches. If a longer chain is needed, we will make one for you. Each Compass is also available as the pendant alone, without the chain.
Will it arrive in time for the holidays?+
The Compass ships in 1–2 business days, so orders placed in mid-December still arrive before December 24. The Multi Shape takes two weeks to make, so for the holidays it should be ordered by early December.
